Recipe: Yummy Granola (using honey, nuts, sunflower seeds, and coconut)

YUMMY GRANOLA

10 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 1/4 cups oil
1 1/4 cups honey
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup diced walnuts
1 (10 ounce) package flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Spread the mixture in to 2 9x13 inch baking pans.

Bake at 300 degrees F for about 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.

Store in tightly covered containers.
