Recipe(tried): Fettucine Alfredo Variation

To the first recipe (if you can call it that) I just submitted:

A crumbled blue cheese instead of the "parmesan" is fantastic.

Also a Basque ewe's-milk cheese, if you can find it (I forget the name), or any similar hardish sharp flavorful cheese would probably work. Of course, a real Parmesian would be killer. Such recipes are heavily dependent on the quality of the ingredients. A high-grade butter and making the noodles fresh are worth the effort.
