Recipe: Ham and Ale with Apples and Sweet Potatoes (using ginger ale and condensed soup)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
HAM AND ALE

1 pound cooked boneless ham slice, cut in 4 pieces
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1 (16 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
2 medium apples, cut in quarters
1/4 cup ginger ale
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped pecans (for garnish)

In skillet, combine all ingredients except nuts. Cook uncovered over low heat 15 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.

Garnish with nuts.

Makes about 5 cups
