Recipe(tried): Olive Garden Alfredo sauce

Olive Garden Alfredo Fettucine
serves 4
8 oz. cream cheese (cut up)
3/4 cup parmesean cheese (fresh)
1/2 cup butter or marg.
1/2 cup milk
8 oz. cooked fettuccine noodles

In large saucepan combine cream cheese, parmesan, butter and milk stirring contantly until smooth
toss pasta with sauce coating well, leftovers freeze well [although we wouldn't know!]

Now that done I will tell you what i do to it!
I saute' seafood & mushrooms or chiken and mushrooms or vege's, whatever and add to this basic sauce, I also add garlic ;) I have made this tons for guests as well and am ALWAYS asked for the recipe. i had my doubts when I first read it but it was good!
