Holidays, CelebrationsPerhaps you could try a caviar on brioche rounds, which are toasted until crisp....there are some moderately priced caviars on the market. At a winery, it would be a marvelous selection. Also, they usually have silver bowls of chopped hardboiled eggs etc. to place on top of the caviar, for those who enjoy eating it that way. Just an idea for you....Best Wishes! :-)
