I have a recipe for lemon pudding that my grandma used to make but have not made it for years because it contains raw eggs whites. The eggs are separated and the yolks get cooked, but the whites are beaten and folded in to the cooked mixture. Is there such a thing as pasturized whole eggs that would be safe to use? If not, any other suggestions? I miss grandma's lemon pudding!!! Thanks in advance for any help. - Janine-WA
