Recipe(tried): Football Dip (using ground beef, hot sausage, refried beans, and Velveeta)

Football is almost here! Try this spicy meaty, cheesy dip!
1/2 lb of ground meat
1/2 lb of HOT bulk sausage
1 onion, diced
3 to 5 jalapeno peppers, deseeded, chopped
2 garlic cloves diced
2 cans refried beans with jalapenos
1 lb of Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 to 1 1/2 cups picante sauce
salt to taste
cumin to taste, at least 1 teaspoon
TO SERVE:
sour cream
sliced black olives
Brown beef and sausage and pour off any extra fat.
Add onion, jalapeno, and garlic to meat and cook until tender.
Mix in beans and cheese cubes. Stir occasionally over medium-low heat until cheese is melted.
Pour in picante sauce until you have the consistency you want for chip dipping (1 cup to 1 1/2 cups). Next, add salt and cumin.
TO SERVE:
Place in bowl and add a dollop of sour cream in center and some sliced black olives. Sit down in front of the game with a huge bag of chips.
