Recipe(tried): Freezing Quiches
Appetizers and SnacksKathryn: Greetings from New Orleans.....I love Quiche......they are raw- egg based pies and must be baked before being frozen, however, they reheat beautifully in the oven. A microwave causes the pstry of the quiche to become soggy so I don't reccommend re-heating it that way. Hope this helps. Chiqui
