Recipe(tried): Frozen Summer Fruit Salad

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
This receipe can be cut in half....you may use other fruits as well.

4 cups sugar
2 qts water
1 6-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 6-oz can frozen lemondade concentrate
1 watermelon
2 cantaloupes
2 honeydew melons
3 lbs green grapes
3 lbs peaches or nectarines
1 lb blueberries, fresh or frozen

Cut fruit into chunks. Bring sugar and water to a boil stirring constantly. Stir in frozen orange juice and lemonade. Combine fruits and put in 12 pint containers, leaving 1/2 inch space. Pour hot juice mix over fruit. Cool....Freeze up to 12 mos.
