Recipe: Garden Salad Dressing or Dip for Cassandra (not East Side's)

Salads - Salad Dressings
GARDEN SALAD DRESSING OR DIP

1 carton (8 ounces) low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced radishes
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in small bowl; stir until well blended. Cover; refrigerate and chill thoroughly. S

erve garden dressing with salad greens or as a delicious dip with fresh vegetable dippers or crackers.

Makes 2 cups of dressing or dip.
