Recipe(tried): Garlic Rolls
Misc. I got this from my Country mag.
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tlbs. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 loaf frozen bread dough thawed
Cover dough and let rise till doubled, about 1hr. Punch dough down; divide into fourths. Divied each portion into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
Dip into butter mixture and place into greased 9in x 5in x 3in loaf pan. Pour any remaining butter mixture over dough. Cover and let rise untill doubled. about 30min. Bake 375 deg for 35-40 min. or untill golden brown. Cool for 10min.
remove from pan and serve.
I know this is not rolls, but not to burst your bubble about the rolls you like, all they do is brush butter and garlic on store bought rolls that have been warmed. I have worked in alot of restuants. Sorry. I know you'll love these though!!!!!!!
