GINGER LIME FRUIT SALAD
2 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
4 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
2 mangoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup red seedless grapes
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 to 4 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Combine fruit in Reynolds Pot Lux cookware, 2-quart pan.
In a small bowl, combine lime juice, honey and ginger. Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate.
Stir before serving.
