GOLDEN CORRAL SEAFOOD SALAD
3 lbs Seafood Surimi (imitation crabmeat)
1 cup diced (1/4-inch) celery
1 cup diced (1/4-inch) white onions
1/2 cup diced (1/4-inch) green bell pepper
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Squeeze thawed Seafood Surimi to remove excess water; break it up. Add the celery, onions, and bell peppers. Stir thoroughly.
Add the mayonnaise and ranch dressing and mix thoroughly until salad is completely mixed; refrigerate.
