Recipe(tried): Victory Pig Pizza cheeses
Pizza/FocacciaI am from the "Valley" and have lived in Oklahoma for 13 years and I craved VP Pizza. My sister who lives in Scranton is a nurse and was taking care of a waitress who worked for VP for 30 years and she said that VP uses cheddar and american cheese on their pizza. I had made pizza that tasted close to VP but something was missing. When I made it with cheddar and american (I used more cheddar than american) it tastes just like it. OMG!!you need to try it. If you don't want to make your own pizza dough, try the frozen bread loaves and make sure you put a lot of oil on your baking sheet to fry the dough...it is great..
