Recipe(tried): Gorp

Misc.
Gorp is always a favorite of mine. Generally made of a combination of various ingredients determined by your tastes. I usually use peanuts, raisins, M&M's, and dried fruit. Vary the ratio according to personal taste. Mix it up in a bowl and try it. Adjust to taste and bag in freezer bags, not lunch bags. Jerky is another good snack. Watch the quantity of salty foods that you plan to eat, that will affect the amount of water your body will want. Enjoy yourself.
