Good afternoon. I ~E~Mailed this recipe to Linda. She replied that it wasn't the same recipe but she is going to try it & may send me a copy if she succeeds in getting it. If she does send it I shall post same for the membership.
GREAT AMERICAN POTATO SALAD
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp pure prepared mustard
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked, cubed potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 sliced celerey
1/3 cup dill pickle relish
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover. Refrigerate several hours before serving or untill chilled.
Makes 6 servings
