ISO: Need Hot Potato Salad Recipe from Great American Recipes card

Misc.
I am looking for one of the Great American Recipes cards that was for a hot potato salad. I cannot remember the name of it but it was so good and I've lost my card. Can anyone supply this recipe? You can e-mail the recipe to me if you will because I do not check this board often. Thanks.
