Greek Meatballs
Serving Size : 4

1 pound pork backrib
1 teaspoon salt
1 handful parsley -- chopped
1 teaspoon mint -- chopped
1 pinch ground pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 onion -- finely chopped
1 medium potato -- grated
2 eggs -- beaten
1 teaspoon lemon juice, bottled
breadcrumbs if necessary

Mix all the ingredients together and make into balls. Chill to firm. Fry in oil until cooked through.
