Recipe: Quick Easy Wine Cake (Bundt cake, using cake mix)

QUICK EASY WINE CAKE

1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (4 1/2-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup cooking sherry
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Combine all ingredients. Beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt cake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from pan and cool on rack.

Sprinkle cooled cake with powdered sugar.

Serve with fresh berries.

Makes 1 Bundt cake
