Ham Salad Spiral Wraps
Recipe By : Come & Eat! Spring 2000
Serving Size : 6

2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
6 small lettuce leaves

STEP 1. In medium bowl, combine ham, onion, celery and pickle; mix well. Add mayonnaise and mustard; mix well.

STEP 2. Spread mixture evenly on tortillas, covering entire surface. Top with lettuce leaves. Roll up each tortilla.

6 sandwiches

For bite-sized "spiral" food, cut each wrap crosswise into four sections.
