Recipe(tried): Greek Salad

Misc.
Greek Salad:

1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. oregan0o
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups olive oil

Mix all ingredients except olive oil. Let stand 15 minutes. Add oil.

Salad:

mixed lettuce greens (romaine and escarole)
tomatoes
red onion
red and green peppers
greek olives
pepperoncini
feta
hard boiled eggs, diced
radishes
