Recipe(tried): Greek Salad

Salads - Assorted
This is a favourite in our house and comes from a very experienced "Greek" salad maker.

Cut up your veggies, ensure you have cucumber, sweet onions, tomatoes, green and red peppers. Then add other veggies should you really want them. Put them in a bowl - Cover top with plenty of Feta cheese, lots of Kalmata Olives and then:

In this sequence:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Chopped fresh oregano or dried if you don't have fresh.
Salt and fresh ground pepper.

Mix and serve.

DON'T mix this up in advance. It's very important to serve it freshly mixed.

sprinkle some more feta on top if you serve it individually on plates.
