Recipe(tried): Had a lunch buffet yesterday ...

Hi had a lunch buffet Sunday -- 38 came!! found that say 45-50 would be the max i could fit in the future ... had wondered -- boy house was packed :)
My course offerings were many -- i was going to try the italian beef form Joy but just didn't THIS TIME!!

Stuff i made:
Spicy Apricot Jello mold
Salmon party pinwheel bites
P.B.&j. pinwheel bites
grape chicken salad (VERY VERY TASTEY!)
sweedish meatballs (bought the meatballs made the sauce from packets & doctored)
creamed spinach cassarole (nary a drop left!)
bread pudding
deviled eggs (3 doz.)
cranberry sauce with a hint of mint
orange cherry kind of a dump cake
rasberry kewi punchbase with vanilla ice cream

stuff i bought:
red skined potaoto salad from costco very good!
large shrimp cocktail platter (my boss brought!)
turkey breast stuffed with seasoned croutons
rolls
pie (guest brought)
Zuc. & bannana nut bread (MIL brought)
cookies (my boss borught)
hot wings (my boss agian)
olives & pickels

I served it buffet style and jsut had chairs all over in other rooms kept the desserts on one counter and drink on antoher and food on table in kitchen

Everyone really went on about the food and i'll tell you i had enough for an armey and it looked like an armey had eaten i was not wroght with leftovers :)

well just thought i'd share the menu if anyone ants a recipe plz. make note and i'll post :)

My next party here at home will be Javaneese meal .... that will be VERY easy!
