Recipe: Half-Time Granny's White Bread (bread machine)

Half-Time Granny's White Bread
alt.bread.recipes/Ed B. (2001)

1 1/4 cups milk
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 cups bread flour (actually a little more works better)
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast.

Use basic white bread setting.
