MEDIUM LOAF
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
2 cups Bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast

This loaf rises very high and is suprisingly good. We have tried other breadmaker cornmeal breads but none have equaled this one.
