Recipe(tried): Halloween Eyeball Jelly

1 melon
1 packet of lime jelly (gelatin powder/Jello)
Black food colouring
small paintbrush
melon baller
Make up the lime jelly as directed on the packet and set aside to cool (don't let it set!!)
Using the melon baller make about 20 or so balls of melon. Add a dab of black food colouring to the melon ball with the brush for the 'pupil' Add these to the jelly and put in fridge to set.
Turn out the jelly onto a large dish. The melon juice stops the jelly from completely setting. Amazing the looks on people's faces when they see this!!!
