Recipe(tried): Taco bar amounts for graduation party

We had lots of other food but I used about 7 lbs of burger (chuck) for our party at least that is what I posted days after the party -- I should think it was more like 10 lbs but like I said I kept track and posted right after the party so it might be right .....
we had 75-100 people, I used the burger in my salad and for a "taco" bar -- I had no leftover taco meat.
This might help -- I had 2 very large bags of preshredded lettuce and used it in the salad -- and made 2 large bowls of the salad
look at the seasoning package -- you can buy large containers of that at sams or Gordon's food service see how much burger they say per serving and how big the serving is -- is it for 1 or 2 taco's? then multiply it out to your amount of people -- if serving other items then reduce quanity of course
The shells are CHEAP by the way .... good luck!
