Recipe(tried): Scrapbooking party - Great drink and cheese spread

Sounds like fun- my daughter in law lives in Arizona- be sure to invite her....
Anyway- if you want a great drink that is non-alcoholic but is a really nice party drink-

get a bottle of Margarita mix from William Sonoma and mix with sparkling water (4 cups of each) and add thinly sliced orange slices. Make sure it is well chilled..cold even..its great!

Also here is a fabulous cheese spread for crackers...everyone wants this recipe

1 pkg Kraft Vermont Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese (in green package). Grated - (use large side of grater)
6 slices of crisp bacon (crumble real fine)
6 scallions (sliced really thin - use all including the green tops)
1-1/2 cups Hellmans real mayonnaise
3/4 cups pecans (chopped real fine) You can use walnuts or almonds if you prefer---I like the pecans.

Mix all together and chill- serve with crackers

Its wonderful!
