Recipe: Ham and Cheese Puffs

Ham and Cheese Puffs

Ham mixture:
1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. baking powder

Cheese mixture:
3/4 cup grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. baking powder

Place ham mixture on bread rounds.
Top with cheese mixture.
Broil till cheese is melted.
