Recipe: Ham Delights (using chopped ham) for Linda - W-S

Appetizers and Snacks
I have never made this recipe but I have tasted it and these are very good. There is no mustard in this recipe but I am sure you could easily add some. Hope this helps.

HAM DELIGHTS

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Dinner Rolls
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 can Hormel chopped ham
1 pkg. grated Swiss cheese

Cut bread in two, horizontally, Place bottom in a pan (You'll wrap all in foil)

Heat butter, onions, and poppy seeds until butter is melted. Pour this mixture over the rolls (reserve some to pour over the top).

Drain ham well and crumble over the bottom mixture

Spread cheese. Put on the top layer of rolls (drizzle the rest of the butter/onion mix on top).

Wrap tightly in foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
