Recipe: Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic Dip

SUN-DRIED TOMATO AND GARLIC DIP

1 (8 oz.) tub cream cheese spread (or one 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened)
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Dressing (or mayonnaise)
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained, chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Crackers and cut-up vegetables (optional, for serving)

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with crackers and cut-up vegetables, if desired.

This dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance.

Makes: 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
