Recipe(tried): Hamburger Cassserole (topped with mashed potatoes and cheese)

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
4 to 6 servings mashed potatoes (made from instant potatoes)
1 1/2 to 2 lbs hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
2 cans cream-style corn
6 slices (1/4-inch thick) Velveeta Cheese (or move if you like)
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 11x9-inch rectangular pan with non stick spray.
Make mashed potatoes using instant potatoes and following the directions on the pkg/box. Set aside.
Add hamburger, onion, and seasonings to skillet and brown till done. Drain excess grease.
Spread hamburger mixture in prepared pan. Spread the corn on top the meat. Spread the mashed potatoes on next. Top with the cheese slices.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 to minutes or till cheese is melted and thoroughly heated.
Delicious !
