Haystacks
2 packages (12 oz each) Butterscotch Chips
1 Can Chow Mein noodles (larger of the two cans)
Cocktail Nuts to taste (optional)
Melt chips in double boiler or microwave. Add in the nuts and noodles. Fold until completely coated. Spoon onto wax paper, or foil. Air dry until firm coockies.
*can also use cornflakes, I have never done it that way but my friend always did it that way.*
