Recipe: Hazelnut Syrup with Crescenza Cheese

HAZELNUT SYRUP WITH CRESCENZA CHEESE

1 lb. crescenza cheese
1/2 cup Torani Hazelnut Syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

Place the crescenza cheese on a garnished platter. Pour syrup over, then olive oil. Sprinkle the chopped apricots on top of the cheese. Serve.
