Recipe: Hellman's Tuna Pita Pockets (with chopped apple and shredded carrot)

HELLMAN'S TUNA PITA POCKETS

1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 cop Hellmann's Real or Light Mayonnaise or Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 pita breads, cut in half
Alfalfa sprouts

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in tuna, apple and carrot.

Fill each pita half with alfalfa sprouts and 1/4 of the tuna mixture.

Makes 4 servings
