Recipe: Emeril's Southwest Seasoning

Earthy cumin, sweet red bell peppers, pungent onions and garlic, corn flour, hot red peppers, jalapenos and other ingredients are blended together to produce the perfect flavor of the Southwest. From fields in Mexico to plates in the U. S., Southwest flavor is at home

EMERIL'S SOUTHWEST SEASONING

2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
