Recipe(tried): Here is my recipe for Chocolate Crackles

Chocolate Crackles
This is my son's favorite recipe. I hope it is what you are looking for and if not give them a try.

1 box duncan hines deluxe devil food cake mix or any cho mix (you may be able to use the low fax mixes)

2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tbsp water
1/3 cup crisco shortening
icing sugar

blend together dry cake mix, egg, water and crisco with a spoon batter will be very stiff. (you can add a little more water if you need to). drop batter by 1tsp into 10x sugar. Coat well and roll into a ball. ut onto greased cookie sheet. bake for 13 mins. at 325.
