Recipe(tried): Chocolate Crackles

Great Recipe but not sure if its the 'lowfat' you are looking for...

2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c finely grated pecans (or any nuts)
1/4 c finely ground dry bread crumbs
2 tbls flour
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 c confectioners sugar

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla to blend well. Mix in chocolate, nuts, bread crumbs, flour cinnamon and salt. Chill dough till easy to handle.

Shape into 1" balls and roll in confectioners sugar and arrange 1" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake in slow oven ( 325) 12-15 minutes. The will be soft and crackled on top.

Remove cookies and cool on racks. Store in tightly covered containers.
