Recipe(tried): Here's a recipe for chicken casserole!

This is my mom's recipe. She adds mayo but I don't. Its delicious

Ingredients
1 whole chicken deboned and shredded
1 bunch of brocolli
1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 cups of white rice
1 tbs. pepper
1 tsp. of celery salt

*You can also add fresh mushrooms, diced bell pepper or onion.

Cook chicken. Remove fat and bones. Shred chicken.
Cook brocoli. Steam for 5-7 min. only. Don't overcook
Cook white rice (you can use instant rice) Add cream of chicken and cream of mushroom to chicken and mix toghether. Add cooked rice, celerey salt and pepper. In a casserole dish place mixture. Top of with brocolli florettes. Combine cheddar cheese with bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Cook for in oven 30 to 45 minutes until cheese is melted at 350 degrees. Serves 6 portions.
