Recipe(tried): Chicken Casserole

My mother made this casserole growing up, my kids even like it.

Chicken Casserole

small pkg frozen broccoli
1/2 cup grated monterey Jack cheese
2 cups cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. meat seasoning

Butter a 13 x 9 pan. Place the rice on the bottom of the pan, then layer the broccoli, and then the chicken. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the sauce and pour on top, cover with cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes - uncovered.
