Recipe(tried): Hi Brad

Menus

right. lets go with chicken.

Get chicken breasts.
Season with black pepper, olive oil, and garlic.
Wrap them in good flavourful bacon or parma ham.
Then wrap in aluminum foil tightly.
bake in the oven on a medium heat for about 30-40 minutes.

Cut 2 or 3 potatoes into quarters, also halve one red pepper and one yellow pepper. Scoop out the seeds. Halve a large beefsteak tomato, and two red onions.

Lay the potatoes out on a large baking tray. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano. Put in the oven about 15 minutes before the chicken. After 20 minutes put in the peppers, onions and tomato all seasoned the same as the potatoes.

make a good salad. Nice and colorful with maybe feta cheese in it, fresh coriander, plum tomatoes and finely chopped red onion. Use Cos lettuce for the crispness and dress only at the last minute. The salad I mean! Put in little things like maybe croutons, hard boiled egg maybe or small radishes. Chopped scallions are nice too. Be creative.
When the potatoes are soft all the way through and the chicken juices run clear
Serve the chicken and the vegetables already plated up and the salad in a nice bowl.

Easy dessert here.

1 store bought large round sponge cake.
Sprinkle liberally with amaretto or rum.

I hope this helps you!

Hugs,

Scoop out the middle and mix it with chopped peaches and strawberries. Mix in a good couple of tablesppons of heavy cream and some more alcohol. Spoon it back in to the cake and decorate with strawberries.
