Recipe: High Protein Bars For Jo Ann (using protein powder, peanut butter, and marshmallows)

HIGH PROTEIN BARS

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 package colored miniature marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup instant powdered protein (such as 1 Shaklee NPS)

Grease a 13x9-inch cake pan; set aside.

Melt butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips in a double boiler until soft. Cool.

In a large bowl, combine marshmallows, d coconut, and instant powdered protein (such as 1 Shaklee NPS). Stir in cooled peanut butter mixture and spread in greased pan. Sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate.

Cut in squares before serving.
