Recipe: Taco Crescents

3/4 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (4 1/2 oz) can chopped ripe olives, drained
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Brown beef and onion; drain. Add taco seasoning and olives; set aside. When cool, add cheese and eggs, mixing well.
Separate dough onto a baking sheet. Place 2 tablespoons meat on each triangle, roll up and shape into crescents.
Bake at 375 degrees F 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
Servings: 8
