Recipe(tried): Homemade Deviled Ham (food processor)

Sandwiches
HOMEMADE DEVILED HAM

1 pound (about 3 cups diced) cooked, smoked ham, cut into 1-inch cubes**
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup chopped onion (or 1/4 cup dried)
1 Tablespoon dill or sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves (or dried)
3 tablespoons maple syrup (or dark corn syrup)
2 tablespoons hot sauce (or to taste - like Tabasco)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons paprika (smoked paprika if the ham is not smoked**)
1 teaspoon regular mustard powder
Black Pepper to taste (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Use as a sandwich filling or spread on crackers for a snack.

This is so much better than the stuff from the can. This recipe makes a great appetizer served with crackers.

**If you don't have smoked ham, you can add smoked paprika or a 1/2 tsp liquid hickory smoke instead.

Makes about 3 cups.
