Recipe(tried): Honey Mustard Dressing

Misc.

Candlewood Honey Dijon Dressing

2 cups oil (not olive oil, preferrably corn or Right Blend)\
1/2 to 3/4 cup honey
slight 2/3 cup apple cidar vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared dijon mustard
1 tsp. finely chopped onion (shallot is good too!)

Mix by quickly pulsing in blender. Keeps well in glass jar in refridgerator for some time. Excellent on fresh spinach -- try adding nectarines or plums when in season.
