Recipe: Honey-Sweet Pineapple Dip (using cottage cheese) (blender)

HONEY-SWEET PINEAPPLE DIP

"This delicious dip is perfect for dipping fresh fruits, or as a topping for your favorite fruit dessert."

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup canned crushed pineapple (unsweetened), drained slightly
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
1 dash lemon extract (1/16 tsp)

In a blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Chill several hours to blend flavors.

Makes 12 servings
