Recipe(tried): Hot Ham and Cheese Rolls

Thinking ahead on what to do with the leftover ham on Monday!

Hot ham and cheese rolls

1/2 lb ham,diced
1/2 lb cheese,diced
1/2 c. scallions, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs,diced
1/2 c spanish olives, sliced
3 T mayonnaise
1/2 c chili sauce
12 frankfurter rolls

Mix ham, cheese, scallions, eggs, and olives. Blend mayo with chili sauce,add to ham mixture. Spred into the rolls wrapping in foil. Bake 10-20 min. at 400 degrees or until hot. May prepare ahead and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Makes 12.
