Recipe(tried): Cuban Sandwich

Paula's recipe for cuban sandwich is not the real "thing". It may be her version, but not the true recipe which must be cuban bread and not ham but pork. I am not criticizing Paula as I love her show and her reciipes, but just want to mention the above to those interested. It is toasted as she says and includes mayo and mustard and pickles, but NOT ham. Thx.
