Recipe(tried): Hot Link Sausage

Hot Link Sausage
Here is my favorite recipe:

1 lb lean ground pork
1/4 c fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c finely chopped onion
3 egg whites lightly beaten
1 1/2 t ground sage
3/4 t fennel seeds, crushed
3/4 t ground thyme
3/4 t hot sauce
3/8 t salt
3/8 t garlic powder
3/8 t ground red pepper
3/8 t black pepper

Combine all ingredients, link or form into patties, cook as desired.

May increase hot sauce or red pepper to taste.
