Recipe(tried): Cheer up a Crab (using Rotel, spinach and sour cream)

CHEER UP A CRAB

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chiles
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup crabmeat (canned, fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning

Place spinach in greased shallow 2-quart casserole.

Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over spinach.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
